📸 One Team. One Roof. One Purpose. ❤️
This morning, team members from our Rocky Mount, Danville, and Lynchburg locations gathered together for a special Davis company-wide meeting — a chance to reconnect, celebrate, and reflect on how far we've come together.
We opened the morning with Gary's heartfelt prayer of thanksgiving, celebrating the blessing of having our entire Davis family under one roof. From there, it was biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, plenty of laughter, and meaningful conversations as teammates caught up and shared in one another's victories.
Chris kicked off the meeting with one of Tami's favorite morning quotes:
"Teamwork is the art of turning individual effort into collective victory."
And that theme carried throughout the entire morning.

🎉 We proudly welcomed new members of the Davis team and took time to recognize important life events and personal milestones within our Davis family. Celebrating these moments together reminds us that we're more than coworkers - we're a team that genuinely cares about one another.

As we prepare to enter our 80th year of serving our communities, Chris reflected on our journey from a small sheet metal business founded in Rocky Mount in 1947 to the full-service HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company we are today. Through decades of growth, training, innovation, and expansion, one thing has remained unchanged: our commitment to serving our customers, supporting one another, and doing the right thing every day.
What started as Davis Sheet Metal nearly eight decades ago has grown into a company serving communities across Southwest and Southside Virginia. Along the way, we've expanded our services, developed training programs, created career opportunities, and built a culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and service.
The road ahead is bright, and we're excited for the next chapter as we continue Guarding Your Comfort Since 1947. Together, we're embracing new opportunities, investing in our people, and carrying the torch forward for future generations.
