If you are experiencing an issue with your HVAC system or are looking to make an appointment, please call the office at 631-849-5656. I can not handle the phone calls while being on a job performing repairs. It is dangerous and distracting. This little device is a WiFi tank gauge. It will report how many gallons you have in your tank and you can set alerts for when your oil level gets low. No more having to go down and look at the gauge. Unfortunately if you have a buried tank this won't work. But above ground tanks and tanks in basements it will work. We post a lot about our installs, but we also make a lot of repairs. Most companies would condemn this type of equipment as soon as they walk in the door. We aren't afraid to fix things that others are. It may be old but it's safe and operational and all the parts on these types of systems we have in stock on our trucks.

Went on this call last night. They had an electrician there earlier in the day swapping out the service In the home. They had issues with lights flickering and that's why they swapped out the panel. This happened when they turned the power back on. As I'm standing there talking to them the lights in the house start flickering. Customer stated that this was the reason the electrician told them to swap out the panel. I said you have an issue at the pole, probably a bad neutral connection. This morning PSE&G did find a bad connection at the pole. I had an issue years ago at a home where we replaced the boiler. The issue started about a year after the installation. The burner would randomly shut down on safety. The job was about 2 hours travel time each way. We went there probably a total of 5 or 6 times in a short period trying to diagnose the issue. Add in an hour for diagnostics each time. Call it 20 hours of travel time plus the hour each time, that's 25 hours. It's crazy the things we find in the field & the experience you gain over the years.
