Lots of great suggestions. You should always have a place for your keys, right by your entry. One additional suggestion...use the internet to save you from late fees. Schedule automatic payments to come out right after payday. Not only does a paper bill become irrelevant, but it keeps you from spending money that should go to bills.

Today's Shui: We're talking yin and yang here. Yin is the dark side, but not as in “Luke, I am your father...” Yin means dark, low, heavy, slow energy. When you are focusing the energy of your bedroom, think yin. The dark, low, slow energy facilitates sleep. Not too dark, though! You want to wake up energized.

What is it like to be feng shui’d? Think of it like a nice Swedish massage. Sometimes we hit a nerve, but other than that, it’s wonderful for me and you. We start with education, then a respectful analysis of your space, and finish with coaching through the process of making changes.

Today’s Shui: Rushing chi may sound like a fun ride, but it’s usually not. If your front door and back door line up directly, your life may feel like a non-stop whirlwind. To slow the chi, hang a clear crystal in the path between the two doors. Today’s Shui: THE MOUTH OF CHI – makes you think of a horror flick, huh? Really, it’s a good thing. This is where chi enters your space – namely, the front door. Make sure chi feels welcome by keeping this area clean and well-lit. Even if you enter through the garage door, chi still comes in the front door, so invite good chi in by opening your front door once each day.
