We have a special custom project to share. On this one we stamped with herringbone stamp design, added Sedona integral color (color mixed in the concrete truck), a black accented tique with two coats of sealer. We dug out a little more than 12” of top soil, then installed 8” of gravel fill, compacted three times. For reinforcement we installed a fiberglass rebar grid on 2’ centers. NWA!!! We’ve got a special one to share with you. This opportunity came with a special custom detailed project that we spent extra time on making sure it was the right fit for our customers/friends. What started out as a propane/generator pad turned into a custom patio with wrap around steps, fire pit, set of steps from one pad down to the other, stem walls, and more great memories than I can describe in words. NWA is our home and absolutely our favorite place to make dreams come true!! If you have a project that’s a little off the wall or non-typical we can help we love thinking outside the box to give our opportunities a little more remembrance. NWA!!!!!! Custom steps are one of our specialties. When living on the slopes like most of NWA you have to get from top to bottom somehow. 16,610 sq ft complete!!!! Nemtech Automotive will now have a lot more space. We are deeply grateful and appreciative that you entrusted us with this commercial project. We started out with a 24” by 24” stepped footing, approximately 1000 cmu stretcher block (core filled/vibrated with 3500psi). Then we srarted with the slab, 64 dump truck loads of commercial base brought up in 8” lifts compacted with a double drum roller packer and water. The slab was 50ft 3” by 100’3” with saw cuts every 10’. Then we started on the parking lot over 11,000 sq ft with b-stone and commercial base for fill 5” thick 3500 psi, saw cuts at 10’ with a very nice broom finish (it’s gotta be the nicest looking parking lot in town). The approach we did off of state hwy 279 was the funnest part we installed a 40’ galvanized culvert with concrete on both sides to prevent washout. We have a little bit of dirt to move and parking blocks with striping paint left to do. This one is about as custom as it gets!! This is the concrete park me and Donnie Tyra did in downtown Rogers. We did a custom bench seat with a bar top on the backside, a ping pong table, corn hole boards, and oversized flower boxes!! All out of concrete!! This project was definitely one we will remember for a lifetime. We did retaining walls with a parking pad on the side of a mountain, with steps going to the boat dock.
