Our soil here isn't one thing. Depending on your lot in Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, or Fort Smith, we might hit expansive clay, rocky limestone shelf, or both in the same excavation. Build without accounting for that, and you risk cracked decks, shifting shells, and plumbing problems down the road.
