Some good news for those who still need us right away or want to simply give us a test run. We just had a detailed commercial multistory steel, drywall and concrete bid date delayed for 2 weeks. We now, unexpectedly, have 2 excellent estimators open for this period. Due to our dedication to keep our people busy, any commercial red iron, wood/metal framing, drywall, painting, roofing, concrete or flooring quantity surveys/takeoffs will be completed for a discounted rate of $30 an hour, so we can keep these two busy. You get a takeoff, that was completed by experienced personnel, in an OnCenter OST file that we send to you. For those that don’t have Quickbid, we can provide a detailed spreadsheet of the takeoff in an Excel format, as well. We are confident you will find our services of good use to you and your company.
