Get to know Christi!!

Christi joined Miller Glass of Rolla in September of 2021 after searching for a small, family-run business where her hard work would be appreciated and valued. Her favorite part of her job is the people she works with every day and the strong team atmosphere we have here. When asked for a tip for home owners, Christi’s advice was simple, “When in doubt, call Miller Glass!” We are always happy to help answer questions or point you in the right direction. 💯

Originally from Arizona, Christi served in the United States Navy for eight years and was stationed at the 32nd Street Naval Base in California. After her service, she moved back home before eventually making her way to Rolla to be closer to her family that moved here.

Outside of work, Christi enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 sons, cooking new recipes, and camping from time to time. If you stop by our shop around lunchtime and smell something amazing, there’s a good chance it is one of Christi’s authentic Mexican dishes.🍽
We are blessed that Christi made her way to Missouri and became part of our Miller Glass family.✨

🚜Mowing season is in full swing!🚜

Did you know that one of the most common causes of broken windows and glass doors is debris thrown by lawnmowers and w**d trimmers?

Here are a few tips to help protect your home and save yourself an unexpected glass repair bill:
✅Walk your yard before mowing and remove rocks, sticks, pinecones, and other loose debris
✅Point your mower discharge chute AWAY from your home, vehicles, and neighboring properties.
✅Use extra caution when trimming around windows, glass doors, and storm doors.

These steps take extra time prepping for mowing, but a few minutes of preparation can prevent shattered glass and costly repairs!

Get to know Heath!👋

Heath started working at Miller Glass of Rolla in July of 2019 and has become our main residential glass technician. One of the things Heath enjoys most about his job is never knowing what each day will bring, there is always something new to work on. Some of his favorite jobs are the ones that take him to places like Meramec Springs or Montauk State Park. 🛠️

Outside of work, Heath stays busy running his kids to sports games and activities alongside his significant other, Brianne. This past year, he also started coaching a football league, adding even more to his schedule. When he does have free time, you can usually find him in the woods hunting, fishing, 🐟 or camping with his family on the weekends! If you know Heath, you know he puts his game meat to good use by making some of the best venison sausage you will ever taste. Heath is always on the go and constantly working toward the next thing, all without coffee or energy drinks. He is fueled by determination to get things done, saying “never give up on anything and always find a way to get it done.”💯

👋Say Hello to Jeremyah!

Jeremyah is celebrating his 10th year being a valued employee at Miller Glass of Rolla. He enjoys the variety that comes with each project and takes pride in delivering quality work every day. If you’ve had a shower glass installation or commercial work completed by us, there’s a good chance Jeremyah was one of the technicians!🚿

One of his favorite projects during his time here was a stunning glass wall at Missouri S&T. When asked what advice he would give homeowners, Jeremyah recommends keeping up with exterior silicone and seals to help prevent costly issues down the road. 🛠️Jeremyah is another one of our technicians that enjoys a challenging job, taking time to figure it out and then making the job look seamless! 👏

Outside of work, Jeremyah enjoys spending time with his family and fiancée, Ashley, who keep him plenty busy. When the season is right, you might find him mushroom hunting 🍄or spending time on the water fishing🐟. He also enjoys building RC cars and airplanes in his free time.

👋Meet Allen!

Allen has been a valued part of Miller Glass of Rolla since 2014. If there is a job that requires patience, precision, or problem-solving, Allen is the one we call! His attention to detail and dedication to doing things the right way make him our go-to for even the most challenging projects.🛠️

When Allen first joined the team, he handled much of our auto glass work. 🚗Over the years, he transitioned into our in-shop repairs, where he now spends his days at the back table fixing just about anything that comes through our doors. 🔨He handles broken windows, screens, specialty repairs, and all kinds of odd jobs. If something can be fixed, there is a good chance Allen can figure it out. Allen says he enjoys working here because he gets the opportunity to work on some really awesome cars, solve problems, and do what he loves, fixing things. 🔩 Of course, he also says having an amazing boss like Larry makes the job even better! Although Allen works part time Monday- Wednesday, we make sure to keep him busy while he’s here.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys spending time with his wife, Adele, their family, and several grandchildren. He’s a simple man who loves tinkering, trouble shooting and taking on challenges, even the ones he first claims are impossible. More often than not, he finds a way to make it work. With over 37 years in the glass industry, Allen brings an incredible amount of experience, skill, and knowledge to our team, and we are lucky to have him. 👏

Even though you probably already know and love her, meet Cathie! ☀️

Cathie has been part of the Miller Glass family for nearly 16 years as one of our customer service representatives. Many of you may also recognize her from Firestone, which she and her husband Gary owned and operated for several years. Her experience, energy, and positive attitude bring so much joy to our office every single day! When Cathie first joined Miller Glass of Rolla, she was searching for a small business that valued employees the same way she valued her own when she was a business owner herself — and we’re so thankful she found her way here.

Cathie loves helping customers, solving problems, and giving people the comfort of knowing they can count on us. She’s also a huge part of keeping the office running smoothly and especially making sure our technicians stay busy and in line! 😂
Once the cold weather hits, though, you’ll only catch Cathie here part of the year because she heads south to soak up the sunshine in Florida! 🌴☀️
Outside of work, Cathie enjoys spending time with her husband Gary, their family, and their beloved doodle, Gulliver 🐶. She also loves playing cards with friends, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and exploring new places.

👋This is Robert!

Robert has been a part of Miller Glass of Rolla for 16 years. Although Robert will answer to his name, he is known far and wide as Whopper. He started out working with auto glass, but over the years has found his niche installing shower glass and taking on commercial projects. While he enjoys the work, what really makes it for Robert is the crew he works alongside every day. When asked for advice for homeowners, his answer was simple, “Call a professional.” Some things are just better left to the pros! 🛠

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him in the great outdoors with friends, family, and his wife, Kim. He enjoys tending to his garden, growing all kind of vegetables, fruits, and plants. He loves taking his grandchildren hunting and fishing, passing down years of knowledge and creating memories along the way. Robert is also one of the best turkey callers around! With 6 kids and 9 grandkids, it’s safe to say family keeps him busy! Robert might look tough, but don’t let that fool you, he’s a big teddy bear at heart. He’s also our resident jokester, always keeping things lively. If you’ve ever eaten at Fridas, chances are you’ve run into him, it is his go-to spot! He also enjoys a nice cup of hot chocolate on any given day!

👋Get to know Cole!

Cole has been a part of Miller Glass of Rolla since 2013, when his dad (aka the boss), Larry, took over the business. He started out learning the ropes, helping after school, working the summers and probably being voluntold a time or two. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a business degree in 2023🎓, Cole officially joined the team full-time. These days, you will usually find Cole in the office helping everything run smoothly- handling bookkeeping, quoting jobs, and somehow tracking down those random, hard to find parts no one else can locate. If it exists, there’s a good chance Cole will find it!

When he’s not at work, Cole is in his natural habitat- the outdoors! ⛺Whether he is fishing, hunting or kicking back at a campsite, that’s where he is happiest. He especially loves fishing for crappie or other panfish, and like any good fisherman, he definitely has some stories about “the one that got away”.🎣 Cole also enjoys spending that time with his fiancée, Aubrie, and their rescue dog, Bennett. They often go on hikes together and visit new places! And yes- Aubrie also works at Miller Glass of Rolla (talk about a power couple!💪). Since they do just about everything together, we're introducing them separately, so stay tuned for Aubrie’s spotlight at a later date!

👋 Say hello to someone who helps make it all happen!

Meet Duane!!

Since joining Miller Glass of Rolla in 1988, Duane has built a legacy of dedication and knowledge. As our longest-tenured employee, he brings decades of experience to everything he does. If you have a question about doors, Duane is your guy! He installs whatever we throw at him, but he also plays a key role behind the scenes, handling orders, quoting, and project management.👷‍♂️

When he’s not at work, you'll likely find him out in the woods, especially during turkey and deer season (do not expect to see him working on opening day🦌). He loves spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and soaking up nature.🎣 Family is everything to Duane. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 33 years, Susie, along with their children and grandchildren.

And if you’re ever looking to win him over, bring a fresh, juicy hamburger and a soda!🍔

Fun fact: Duane is an identical twin and also has two grandsons that are his namesake!!

👋 Meet the Man Behind Miller Glass of Rolla!

A lot of you may already know him—but if you haven’t had the chance yet, let us introduce you.

Meet Larry, the driving force behind Miller Glass of Rolla.💪

Larry has been a part of Miller Glass since 1992, starting out working during school breaks while attending Maryville University🎓. After graduating in 1994 with a business degree, he came on full time and continued working under previous ownership before officially taking over in August of 2013. His years of hands-on experience and dedication are a big part of what makes our company what it is today. While he does install from time to time, you can most often find him quoting the majority of jobs that come through our doors and making sure the team has everything they need to be successful.

Outside of work, Larry spends time with his wife, Gina, and their beloved silver lab, Kona🐾. Larry and Gina are high school sweethearts❤️, have been married for over 30 years, and raised their 2 sons here in Rolla. He’s an avid hunter on his farm🦌, and if you know him, you know nothing beats his smoked wild game and other meats🔥. He also enjoys tending to his garden, growing plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables each year. 🌱🍅

☕Larry runs on very strong morning coffee, frozen nutter butters, time in the woods 🌲, and a stocked freezer.
