This weekend I decided to do some powerwashing. My hand wasn't on the list of things to wash but it happened anyway. What's the worst "thrifting" related injury you've ever gotten?

PS, I've had it looked at and for now no medical is needed as long as it doesn't get infected

Meet Mary! My new Gittin' Gal! A friend knew I was interested in a travel companion but I had specific qualities I was looking for. She sent me a post about an over crowded shelter she works with and specifically to look at Potato. Well I knew immediately I wanted to meet her. You'd think I was going to an estate sale. I drove 2 hours, waited with Alley R Creations for 2 more hours to be first in line. No one else was there for her but I wasn't missing out. Once I met her, I knew she was my Gal! She gets spayed soon and then she gets to come home!

I filled the Traverse yesterday with goodies for Te’s Second Time Around Resale and myself. Without a doubt this is the coolest thing that came home. Almost 3ftx4ft and meticulously crafted. What was the coolest thing you thrifted this weekend? Post it in the comments!

NEW BOOTH at Piney River Antique Mall coming July 1st! Super stoked to have been chosen for such a great spot! I'll be super busy getting ready to swap spaces but I'll post random pics of neat things that are going in.

So maybe you noticed I was MIA for awhile. I won't admit to what I did on my main page, but it got me banned for 30 days from pretty much anything. When you pick up a box of vintage "magazines" to make art out of, but most are sold at $30 each shipped on ebay. Do you make art or do you flip them whole?! I still wanna decupage (sp) vintage dudes and their parts onto trinket boxes and such though!
