A couple of months ago, I was able to shoot the townhome next door to this one. The quality and care that went into every choice in material and design is easily seen as soon as you walk in the door. Being in a gated community, with a garage, and all within walking distance to your favorite spots downtown, is great! This won’t last long.

My favorite properties to shoot and or look at, are ones with history and a story. This beautiful home at Hoyt Hill on the River, sits within walking distance to downtown Rome. There are so many carefully designed details, which bring the history of the home that once sat at this site to life. From the reclaimed floors, to the bricks on the outdoor fireplace, there is so much character.

It’s the start of football season. NFL starts in a week, College Football gets into full swing tomorrow, and HS football around the state settle in for week 3.

These were a few pictures I was able to take while out this week. Our hometown won’t play here tonight, but have a huge matchup for former region foe Carrollton HS. Let’s Go Wolves!!

Having the stadium in downtown Rome, is just special and unique. This stadium has hosted Track and Field National Championships, NAIA Football National Championships, Guatemalan U20 National soccer team, and .vikings countless other HS and community events.
