He answered my post the other day. This family had a leaky window, bad caulk. I was able to go heat the area and reseal the window for them.

I am still looking for any of your home improvement projects or hunny do list items that need to be completed. Any off season projects for those with short term summer rental properties! I just recently hung some Christmas lights for a continued customer as well as some light switches, thermostats and even a ring doorbell camera. I will take care of any of your hunny do lists you still need completed. I love doing custom remodeling type work, most anything you can dream up, but also can change your faucets, ceiling fans, light fixtures ect. I can paint, drywall and even split your firewood💪

Hello everybody

Hello again everyone
Wanted to share a few projects I have done in the last couple months and thank everyone for letting me do these projects 👍
The shower has a beautiful glass door and can't wait to share the final transformation pictures.

Hello everybody
Rainy day,.so good time for a rare post and photo dump of some recent work I've done.
First up is my favorite project of the season by far. The customer/friend was in need of a face-lift for her beautiful lake front home. She wasn't fond of the grass and we dreamed up this beach scape with bonus boardwalk for the publics access to the park for her. Also relaid and replaced her firepit and patio pavers to fit her new vision.
The rest of the pics are all just work I've done over the summer. I tried to line them up as before and after pictures.
I really enjoy the restoration of the picnic tables, docks and wood outdoor furniture. Would love to do more of them, and off season is the best time to do them😉
But first and foremost I am your overall general Handyman, so if you need a light fixture changed, a faucet switched out or just a mirror hung please contact me and I can get I done for you👍
I also have a log splitting service, it's getting cold out there, for those that need thier winter wood split💪
