"We found this company last year when we turned on our AC, and it didn't work. We had previously spent years with a maintenance plan with another company, but I always felt like they were primarily interested in upsetting me.

My AC ended up having a leak, which prompted them to provide quotes for a new unit, with three options ranging around $20k. I did a Google search, found Green Comfort Systems, and called them. They came out quickly and fixed the problem for a much more affordable price.

I purchased the maintenance plan, and then didn't talk to them again until this year, when the AC again wouldn't turn on. Again, they came out quickly, and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Even better, since the leak was so close to where the previous leak was (possibly the same leak, but it was hard to confirm), they assumed responsibility and didn't charge me anything to fix it. I am so impressed by their integrity as a business and am really glad I found them last year. It's hard to find companies that do the right thing, regardless of the bottom line. I highly recommend Green Comfort Systems."
