Accessory Associate -Works as part of a team to create and trim bath and shower products. Products are accessories for our bath systems which are formed from sheets of extruded acrylic.

Starting wage: $17.00 plus shift differential
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd available
Hours: 40 + hours, overtime worked on an as needed basis – daily and on weekends.
Foaming Associate -Works as part of a team to create and trim bath and shower products. Products will include bases, walls and accessories which are formed from sheets of extruded acrylic.

Blue Former Associate -The Blue FormerBAT plays a critical role for the organization by timely and accurately producing bath and shower basesand some accessory items for our bath systems.

Thermoforming Associate -AVT plays a critical role for the organization by timely and accurately producing bath and shower bases and some accessory items for our bath systems.

Hours: 40 + hours, overtime worked on an as needed basis – daily and on weekends.
Order Picker -Members of our picking & packing team accurately select items and verify quantity and quality of items for shipment.

Physical Demands and Working Environment for all Manufacturing roles:

Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
Some may need to climb a ladder to a height of at least 12 feet
Wear appropriate safety equipment
Flexible to over time as needed to meet occasional spikes in production demand
Frequently required to stand, bend, or reach
Additional Requirements for all Manufacturing roles:

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Support the Architecture for Excellence performance system while acting in accordance with the company’s values, mission and vision
Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focus

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Shift Leader will be responsible for ensuring that production is operating in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

Key Functions:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Shift Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the shift is complying with policies and procedures and all safety requirements.
Assists in operating equipment and ensuring correct and accurate machine operation consistency and assists in other Production areas as needed.
Oversees shift personnel in a manner that promotes the ability to drive for results, provide continuous improvement, and associate engagement.
Assures associate growth by developing team members, provide cross training, rotating team members as needed, and make line staffing assignments as required.
Properly resolves problems and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
Interacts with all plant departments on different levels to address process problems.
Communicates with all Production departments to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and addresses complaints.
Supports all manufacturing operations.
Supports the Architecture for Excellent performance system.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:

Natural leadership abilities
Ability to accurately measure to 1/16th of an inch
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

Understanding or willingness to learn Kanban inventory management system.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent desired.
2+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience

Members of our Shipping team are critical to our organization’s success to ensure the correct items are sent to the appropriate dealers at the right times. Performs various types of product packaging and shipping in accordance with established procedures and standards. Picks, packs and prepares shipments for outbound.

Essential Functions

Processes shipments including but not limited to sorting, logging, delivering, packing, and shipping
Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods match order
Packs and labels product based on established standards
Ensures that proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with correct order
Prepares shipping documentation; maintains orderly files for all documentation
Participates in scheduling of daily transportation
Assists in maintaining material inventory levels using Kanban inventory method
Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in shipping area
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education Qualifications / Requirements

Equivalent combination of educational classes and experience are required
0-2 years shipping and receiving experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to obtain certification to operate forklift or another powered industrial truck/walker
Physical Demands and Working Environment

Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
Climb a ladder to a height of at least 15 feet
Wear appropriate safety equipment
Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, or kneel
