This finished project is coming to you from the Lakeville area. What started as building a wall and installing a barn door slowly but fiercely turned into one serious vibe check 😎 I am truly blessed to have the clients I do. The ideas and collaborations we had throughout the entirety of this project were awesome. With the end result being this family now has a big enough space for everyone to do their own thing and still be in the same room together. Its a beautiful thing. Thank you trusting my vision and process with this one, we nailed it 🙌🏻

-Bedroom wall built to have equal finished reveals for each barn door when opened and closed

-Sheetrock/Corner beads hung, mud, and taped

- Walls sanded, primed, and painted

-Base trim installed and caulked

-Barn doors cut to size, stained, assembled, and hung

-Matching locks on each of the barn doors with heavy duty guides at the bottom to prevent accidents with the kids running around

-TV mounted (with a closet to be built underneath it in the near future)

-Daybed assembly

-Motion sensor lights instal

My biggest project I have completed to date. Coming to you from the Blaine area. These homeowners had a very specific vision that I was able to capture and bring to life. This was a very long and detailed process but the end result was worth every second.

Services provided during this 3 week long main level makeover:

- Walls painted
- Stained trim sanded, primed, and painted white
- Lower cabinets sanded, primed, and painted
- Cabinetry hardware replaced
- Main entry LVP install
- Bathroom LVT install
- Trim removal and re-install

I really enjoy these types of jobs. Keeps me sharp and well rounded for any kind of work that comes my way..

Customer had a new electric panel installed that ended up being longer than the previous one.

Framed it in ✔️

Sheetrock, corner beads, taping, and mudding✔️

Sand, prime, final paint (2 coats)✔️

Cabinet door and casing cut and assembled with finish screws (but not before some pre drilling to avoid cracking)✔️

Hinges installed✔️

Cabinet door painted and hung ✔️

Going radio silent isn't always a bad thing 👀

Wanted to share what my office looks like out in Wisconsin this weekend along with importance of prep work and setting things up for success.

Very grateful and excited to get a huuuuge climate controlled area to paint some things before they are installed on the exteriorof the house. Having a shop like this would be a dream.

Some bigger projects are in the works also, excited to share them with you in the near future.
