Having too much fun with these reels 🤣 But seriously, and I mean seriously, we love our job and we take alot of pride in restoring grout via color correction due to stains and what not. We also find some builders get the color wrong. As in the case with this tile, the original grout was tan, and did not compliment the gray tones in this tile. Customer opted for a "warm gray" color, and it beautifully blended in with the dominant color of this tile. What do you think? Project: Clean and Color seal. This grout was stained and the original color could not be restored. Therefore, the customer opted to have the grout color sealed. The color used is Warm Gray. After impregnating the sealant into grout, we then applied a clear coat which adds durability and extends the life of your sealant. If you have a problem with stained grout, you have options! We love color sealing especially when the old grout doesn't match the tile. Really, we want the grout to flow with the tile, which we accomplished for this project. The original color was haystack, and we converted to urban putty to better match the tile, and update the look of the install. What do you think?

If your drain kind of looks like that, chances are your drain needs attention. 95% of all weep drains are clogged by the builder leading to mold mildew dry rot, and extended dry times. This is not a plumbing issue, rather a weep issue below the tile. Eventually, moisture levels increase to the point where it begins migrating into the wall which will require a shower replacement.
