Mark Rice is from San Jose, California and grew up in the Blossom Valley Area. Mark graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1990, and began attending San Diego State University the following year. Mark graduated from SDSU in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management emphasizing in the Public sector. During his education at SDSU Mark joined "Student Works Painting", which taught the fundamentals of a painting contractor business. Marks’ passion for business has allowed him to fine-tune his own business to the highest customer service. He has learned all he knows about business by his exceptional business mindset.
