So we are no longer JLD it’s so hard to get used too, we’ve been JLD for so many years now and people still call us JLD. We are just Joel Davis now legally. At the moment I have one customer that keeps me swamped with work. So we are not taking on new customers or doing much for old customers at the moment, we don’t want to lose our cliental but don’t have time to do any xtra work as I am a one man show now. I just took Lauren back part time, because I can no longer lift anything heavy or I have days that the only way I’ll get all the work done I need help, I’m pretty much done by 5 o’clock every day now, I think it’s old age sneaking up on me. I still like to keep my FB company page up, but if you don’t see a lot of new posting it’s because we stoped taking on new customers for now. I love that I still get new followers almost every week, I think I may start posting cool ideas and how to make your jobs easy videos on here. I might still post cool jobs on here or what I’m doing. Thank You to everyone who has hired JLD over the years to do work for you.

JLD still dose at your Home Screen repair or rebuild. We are not doing much else residential work other than screens as of now. I still have a huge contract with a rental company who keeps me busy every week, but in between jobs i can get a few screens done for people. It’s $25.00 for repair and $50.00 to rebuild them from scratch. Price per window. Screen door prices might be a bit higher, depending on the amount of material used. All my years Glazing tubs and sinks in rental homes i finally mastered it. All this time I was spraying them and they would look painted and not glazed, I didn’t know they sold a paint on with a brush one. I tried that for the first time and it came out great!! Less of a mess and less prep, still take’s 48 hours to dry, but i will never spray one again. If you have a tub or a sink you need glazed let us know.

I don’t know why i never thought about posting this before in my business sight, maybe in the beginning it was more a hobby. But i have sold over 30 things that i have made, so it has kinda become a little business in it self. I make things from wood and then try to sell it. So far its been Live Edge stuff and anything i can selvage and make cool again. Here is some of my work and i’m going to start posting every new piece when its done on here. A lot of thats on this post has sold already.
