From preliminary sketches to schematic design, we shape the volume of the home, ensuring it fits beautifully within its context. Design development and construction documents follow, guiding bidding, selection of the construction manager, and construction administration.

✨ Brooklyn Rooftop – Terrace Layout ✨

Swipe to explore the floor plan paired with its longitudinal section, revealing the thoughtful design of this rooftop retreat. Large full-height lift-and-slide windows were envisioned to replace existing openings, maximizing city views and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

The terrace is split into two levels: the lower terrace is an entertaining hub with a generous seating area, outdoor fireplace, and lawn—designed for both relaxation and lively gatherings. Built-in seating draws inspiration from the cozy curves of a luxury yacht, while the upper level houses the plunge pool and sun deck, offering privacy and serene retreat spaces.

This plan illustrates how every detail was considered to balance functionality, comfort, and striking views in an urban context. 🌿🏙️

Perched above Williamsburg, this unrealized rooftop project captures sweeping views of the NYC skyline and Williamsburg Bridge. This was an exercise in how a private outdoor retreat can combine city living with serene escape.

The design includes a plunge pool, sun deck, dining area, and built-in seating—bringing luxury, functionality, and beauty to the rooftop. 🌆🌿

This 3,500 SF loft was transformed into a vibrant home and workshop for a talented artist working with fabrics, beads, and jewelry. The entire space was designed as an art studio while maintaining comfort and functionality.

Her workroom, tucked into the far corner and separated by a sliding panel, allows seamless transition between private focus and shared living areas. Indirect lighting, layered pendants, and chandeliers highlight the loft’s creativity, while soft, creamy tones keep the space calm—letting the art truly shine.

Custom horsehair rugs and bespoke furniture elevate every corner, creating a home where art and life exist in perfect harmony.

Framed by a continuous pergola with angled wood louvers, the garden offers layers of privacy and shade while framing views of the skyline. A full outdoor kitchen and bar make it ideal for dining and entertaining, while the surrounding greenery softens the architectural lines, creating a serene, garden-like atmosphere.

Built within a roof dormer, the shower is framed by an elegant arched opening and an arched window that overlooks nature, blurring the boundary between indoors and out. This architectural detail creates both intimacy and grandeur in one refined moment.

Waterworks stacked mosaic from the Repose Collection forms the backdrop—its subtle sheen balancing texture with depth. Paired with sleek fixtures from Fantini, including a modern rain shower and hand shower, the result is a space that feels timeless, personal, and undeniably unique.
