For this Sandy Springs renovation, we reimagined the kitchen layout to eliminate traffic flow issues and create a brighter, more connected space. The new design features a hidden beverage center with integrated lighting, dramatic 3" mitered countertops, and custom cabinetry details throughout.
Beyond the kitchen, we added a mud hall—complete with hidden litter box cabinets for the family cats—and refreshed the primary bath with heated floors, a waterfall tub deck, and a seated vanity station.

The challenge? Opening the kitchen to the family room without major structural changes. The solution? Relocating the kitchen to the back of the home for better light and flow. By moving the kitchen and eliminating the breakfast room, this Roswell remodel now features a walk-in pantry, a morning bar immediately adjacent to the primary suite, and smart storage throughout. Thoughtful touches—like a motorized pop-up outlet and updated entryway—make this kitchen as functional as it is beautiful.
