The hardest designs to master are the ones where the client only wants to change parts of the space. It’s easy to come in and start from scratch, but to make a room feel like everything was meant to be when half of it is already in place is a BIG challenge. The floor tile, lighting and tub all stayed. They asked for an updated, but classic bathroom. We also needed to add accessible friendly features for aging in place. What do you think? Did we get it right? Swipe for before pics.

This kitchen just needed a refresh. New door/drawer fronts. New hood with an exterior vent, an island that was functional and updated lighting. The new countertop and backsplash brightened everything up. Sometimes you don’t have to gut everything and start from scratch, but having a someone to help you draw the line of where to start and stop can help make your budget go further.

Guest bathrooms hardly ever have any personality but after 5 other projects in this same house, the homeowners were excited to bring in some unexpected elements. They wanted to take it from a teenage boy bathroom to a space that their now grown son and his growing family would look forward to spending time in when they visit. Mission accomplished!

Simple upgrades make all the difference. This kitchen was well loved and maintained but it lacked function and the look was dated. We kept the warmth of wood and updated the layout to let in the light and maximize reachable storage. No more dead space and impossible to reach corners. The results are undeniable!

A B&W Classic! I love doing panel ready appliances in smaller spaces so everything blends. Hiding the fridge in the cabinetry makes such a difference. We had originally planned for a panel dishwasher as well, but not everything goes as planned and we had to pivot. The cabinetry and countertops in the pantry really extend the kitchen and allow for a secondary workspace if needed. I always recommend doing your pantry along with your kitchen. It’s a game changer! 😍

Every bathroom needs a little personality and this marble floor mosaic tile brings just enough pop to make you fall in love with the softness of the shower tile and the warmth of the wood vanity. It’s a beautiful place to start and end the day!

One of my favorite kitchens! This client was brave and let us rearrange the entire floor plan to maximize the function, seating and light. We turned a cavernous, wasteful space into the true heart of this home.
