So what are we currently working on? We have several residential jobs either just finishing or just starting - painting interiors and exteriors, rebuilding porch ceilings. We continue to do repairs of all types and painting for local property managers. And we're still doing some commercial work - we currently have a complete painting makeover at an assisted living facility, a complete exterior repaint of one Marietta community (31 buildings), and a paint makeover of a frat house in Alabama. All the while, we are planning a community-wide exterior refurbishing to start in August. Over 100 individual units in 24 buildings. Exterior surfaces (window trim, doors, siding, handrails), decks, fences, front porches, and driveways. Except for the painting, all other options are optional - and it's been interesting trying to coordinate all the details! Not to brag, but I even impressed myself with my binders. =) They are SO ready to go out and color match everyone next month.

Is Monday over yet??? Trying to get to the point of wrapping up my day when the power goes out. Apparently a transformer blew and knocked out the power for an hour. Shortly after it went dark in my windowless office, the deluge hit and started flooding the parking lot. The repercussions? This morning every server needed to be restarted so we could get back online. I know the sun came out this morning, but will it stay?
