If your Dryer vent runs up in the wall to your attic and out your roof and you have not had it professionally cleaned the last 3 years at most: You need to call me at (972) 989-0093 and have it cleaned soon..That is a fire hazard.

TIP OF THE WEEK
If your A/C outside drain is constantly dripping and turning your patio green or causing a constant mud puddle on the side of your house, there should be a light bulb coming on. It is telling you that you could be looking at very costly ceiling repairs later if your inside drain is not unclogged. Yes a cup of bleach down the drain each month will help keep this drain clean, but only if you start doing it right after the unit is installed or the drain is cleaned, and make sure you do it every month. It will not unclog the drain. The safest thing to do is have me clean the drain at least one a year. I would highly recommend a second cleaning at 6 months, this will tell if once a year is often enough for your drain. To have this drain cleaned just give me a call at 972 989-0093.
