Progress work on my Brother's addition to their home.
18'×42' addition with 3 added bedrooms.
Just recently finished getting it dried in!

We got all the areas covered for this job!

Can't wait to see it completed soon. More pictures to come...

Awesome job completed to start the year off right!
Built this 30'×24' carport with a 26' opening for two vehicles to easily pull in. Roof
Trusses are 6/12 & tied roof into home.
Installed Certainteed Weathered Wood shingles & tied them into house shingles properly.
Homeowner wanted the ceiling in the carport left exposed, so we installed treated plywood for roof decking.
Installed white vinyl soffit & covered the fascias in white Duratex metal.
Installed Hardie siding on the gable end & wrapped all the LVL beams in miratec & painted them white.
Had gutters installed.
Got electrical ran for a couple ceiling fans, two flood lights & some outdoor outlets.

Gutters are by Gary Russell, & Electrical by Brian Barbour.

Fun project to see come together, big upgrade to the house!

Built a 10'×20' front Porch!
Removed the old stoop.
Removed gable roof that came with the home & properly tied the porch rafters into the home.
Installed white vinyl soffit on the ceiling & overhangs.
Installed lattice under the porch.
Also had gutters installed as well.

Great upgrade & now a great place to relax.

Roof we knocked out in Bahama NC.Replaced rotted boards along the bottom of roof where there was no drip edge.Installed ...

Roof we knocked out in Bahama NC.
Replaced rotted boards along the bottom of roof where there was no drip edge.
Installed white drip edge along all bottoms & sides.
Installed synthetic felt.
Installed Certainteed 25 year warranty Dove Gray shingles.
Added ridge vents for proper ventilation.
Reflashed both chimneys.
Good to go!

Another roof we knocked out.
Had some light damage on the right side where a tree had fallen & brushed up against the roof & house.
Installed Certainteed Weathered Wood 30 year warranty shingles.
Reflashed both skylights.
Also redid the roof on the storage building.
