We are now taking on new clients! Unfortunately, the end of summer is getting closer so don't hesitate to get that project done! Out with the old/rotted and in with the new! These trim boards were sponges when we pulled them off, falling victim to what every house will eventually fail to, water and time. If you are facing a similar situation, you are more than welcome to contact us for a free estimate!

Here is a before and after of a fence that was caught in the path of a falling limb. We know things like this can be very stressul. This wall was built off the side of the concrete slab, causing the wall to sink and deteriorate at the base. To fix this we extended the concrete slab and built a new wall with a 2x6 treated base plate that is sitting on the original slab and the new concrete. This will distribute the weight evenly, what we didn't want to do was transfer all of the weight onto the new concrete where it could potentially seperate and sink again. Proud to display this basement that Honey Done rehabilitated in Royal Oak! Equipped with custom access panels and a paint flake floor. Things we did on this project: framing, insulation, drywall, painted walls, ceiling and floor. Next up is trim and window casings! Did not do the electrical work.
