Remodeling He is responsible for overall financial performance, estimating and project management, and customer satisfaction. Bob has 22 years of full time experience in all phases of construction (new construction and remodeling) He has been around construction his whole life. His father a painting contractor and his step father a general contractor owned their own businesses. Since he was a youn
g teen he was working for his dads part time and summers. When Bob wasn't going to school or working with his dads in the construction business he was on the United States National Boxing team. He trained hard with hopes of making it to the 1996 Olympics. In 1993 he was awarded a full boxing scholarship to the U.S. Olympic Education Center at Northern Michigan University in Marquette Michigan. Now at the age of 47 he has worked as a laborer, painter, drywaller, carpenter, general superintendant, and part owner of a development company. In 2005, Bob got his general contractors license and founded Geer Inc. Bob is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Bob currently lives in Hot Springs, Arkansas with his wife of 26 years and their 2 daughters.
