All of our Shelters are anchored into your concrete flooring using 5/8" Simpson Titen HD Screw Anchor bolts, surpassing FEMA'S 320/361 guidelines. Our Shelters are used to keep your families safe and secure during threatening weather, keep them safe from intruders, and even used to keep your valuables inside when out of town.
