Can you believe it took a week and a half to do such a small bathroom? Changed out air vents in both bathrooms, heater fan, took down wall paper, textured primed and painted the walls and ceiling, new toilet, new custom mirror, new light fixture, new flooring, new trim around tub, and tore out old caulk in and around tub and re-caulked.

There were rotting spots, scratched out siding by dogs, and holes in siding in various spots along the back of this house. Was able to bondo patch the holes and reshape the siding pieces. Touched up and matched paint. Turned out almost like new. They sold their house two weeks later.

Built this shelving in storage unit. Knocked it out in4 hours by my lonesome. Kinda fun.

Most challenging interior painting. These folks are flipping this house and thankfully no flooring while painting and we were able to spray paint 80% of it. The walls were a mustardy color before and the crown molding, trim, doors, and base boards were dingy yellowed. Took me a week and 3 days. Learned a big lesson... Charge more and have good help from day one to finish. Everything worked out, but I like for it to be near perfect and it was not. Most can't notice, but I do. Carpet went in upstairs before we could completely finish so it was what it was at that point.

Before and after house soffit, trim, and weatherproofing with flashing to stop leaking. The wood all around rooting badly. The after pics aren't so great due to a paint issue. Went back and fixed it; no charge of course.

Used some weatherproof sealant tape. Supposedly 15 year guarantee. We'll see. Could not find a 6" rubber boot.
