Howdy Folks!!

We’ve been blessed to be so busy lately and I wanted to take a second to walk you through one of our latest projects!

These clients had an issue with critters getting in under the garage door and into the house.

Some of our steps along the way include

- Safe removal of garage door
-Sill seal and sealant to ensure water tight seal under bottom plate
- Full interior frame up
- ZIP sheeting with waterproofing tape
- Insulation
- French door install
- Drywall hanging & tape coat
- Vinyl siding

I was able to swing by our local country school for their spring community clean up this morning!

We’re lucky to be a part of the Free Union community and I was happy to get on some much needed playground repairs & help with some over growth as well!

If you want to make your backyard a secluded private space give us a call (434) 996-4402

Here is a look at a privacy fence we completed for a returning client, you can see the small deck we finished up a few weeks prior. We were able to turn this open area behind these townhomes into a nice private backyard where the family can enjoy time outside and the dogs have space to be off leash.

Talk about a before & after!!!

We were called out to look at a set of stairs that needed to be replaced within a few days of the estimate or their HO-Insurance would be dropped due to safety concern of the steps.

We were able to get in and out in one day and deliver a safe, sturdy and code compliant staircase that will last for many years to come!

Need drywall repairs?
No job is too small for us, an electrician moved this outlet and left these patches for us to do. They used shims as a backer to screw the patch to, no good, we replaced the shims with 1/2” ply and made sure to use precise screw placement to avoid hitting any electrical wires or boxes. The cabinet will have a panel added that’s scribed to the wall, we were super pleased with how flat this patch came out, once the wall is painted you will never know it was there!

Newly Finished Stairs! New Risers and New Treads!
Here are some before and after pictures from our most recent job upgrading these basement steps. Using these pine treads we were able to save our client some money on materials as he plans finish them himself and will be going over them with a dark finish which will conceal the grain variations and knot holes. We love working with clients to keep projects affordable while still providing high quality finishes.
