Everyone loves before and afters! Taking you back in time to this job that was done in October 2023 for this existing addition interior finish-out! Let me break down exactly what M4 did with this project:

Slides 1 and 2: Electrical rough-in, insulation, drywall, tape/texture, paint, stain and sealer over wood headed into bedroom.

Slides 3 and 4: Insulation, drywall, tape/texture, paint, and window weather-proofing down stair well corridor.

Slides 5 and 6: Self-Leveling concrete subfloor, followed with a tile floor install. Additional weather proofing sealer installed around all windows.

Slides 7 and 8: Interior and exterior door install with finish/trim out and enveloping existing addition that was not properly finished out.

Check out this footer repair we wrapped up earlier this year in May 23’🏚️

This client had 2 footings for his pier & beam house totally eroded away in a wash out area. This footing supported 2 decks 25+ feet high in the air! Thankfully, we were able to help out before it compromised the integrity of his foundation. With a shore jack, some simple form work, rebar, and a few bags of concrete, we got him fixed up with 2 village-spec’d concrete footers.

Sometimes, the job isn’t as attractive as a new bathroom remodel, house renovation, or a new-build. Regardless of scope or size, M4’s got you covered!

Here’s another job we wrapped up March of 2023 in Alto Lakes Country Club! May look a little familiar…but this job was phase 2 of the scope of exterior work we knocked out for this client!

This stucco & paint job consisted of repairing all the areas were cracked out on the house with additional stucco mud, followed by a coat of primer and 2 STO coats. Additionally, we sanded and applied 2 coats of pearly white paint to of all trim work, including windows, gutters, fascia, soffit, and vents!

With this scope of work completed, we have officially renovated every exterior component of this client’s home!

Wassup M4 followers…We’re backkkkk🗣️

In February of this year, we renovated this apartment in downtown Ruidoso in collaboration job with Dan The Handyman, LLC. Within 7 days, we finished a simple repaint with the same color scheme and a shower gut/remodel freshened up this 2 bedroom apartment.

The first 2 quarters of 2023 have been incredible, and we are excited to show more of these transformations we have finished for families throughout Lincoln county over that time! Stay tuned💥

Here are 2 flagstone patio grout jobs we recently finished at the Pueblo’s within !

We removed the existing sand-less grout from these 2, 200 square foot patios and place a much more durable grout mix down for longevity.

This is one of many projects we have been busy working on over our first summer as a company, so stay tuned for more content📈
