Complete bathroom remodel. Custom size walk in shower. I used a Schluter Kerdi water proofing system. Tile from Georgia Carpet Mill. Custom vanity from Treasure Hills Cabinets. Granite from The Granite Shop. And a custom mirror from River Valley Glass. Now Jerry did the electrical, Jim installed the mini split and Cowboy plumbing handled the plumbing.

Tree limb fell through the roof. Went to patch that hole and realized the shed had no underlayment. Stripped the roof and found the bottom foot of roof decking had water damage. Patched the decking and installed ice and water shield then a whole square of shingles. This right here is the perfect size roof for me 😂.

Dormer repair. Come to find out the siding on the dormer is different than what is on the home. Pine lap siding on the home and beveled cedar on the dormer. Well the problem with beveled cedar is you need to buy a whole pack. We replaced 1 side with pine lap and repaired the other side with beveled cedar scrap from said first side. Doing this saved the customer $600. You can’t see the dormer side from the ground. Even up close you can’t tell with the trim on. Customers choice. What would you do?

We spent a lot of time on prep so I know the base was perfect. I do know how to do basic geometry. Ordered an extra 1/4 yard of concrete and somehow ended up about 1/2 yard short. Had to take a little real estate off the end of the patio (10”.) By the time we moved the form it was a race to get the finish on. We did use concrete mesh and chairs; 4000 psi mix with fiber. This was the last piece to a 3 part project. Waited months on the weather. Customer is pleased.

A small room I framed and finished. This is 2 coats of mud and ready for a texture. Six months ago it wouldn’t have looked this good with 6 coats. We have been subbing out drywall finishing. I got Jerry to show me a couple tricks and this is my first application using those tricks.
