Master bath before and after. Removed the tub and moved the toilet to create shower space. Replaced floor joists to create the slope for the shower and eliminate any step over at the entry. We saved existing cabinets by changing and adding some trim, installing hidden hinges and a good cabinet paint. Revised electrical to accommodate the look and add function. Customer used 30x30 porcelain wall tiles to give a clean look behind the multi function shower system and compliment floor. Finished off with a great piece of stationary glass framed in black to match the other accessories.

This is some before and after of a laundry room where the back door enters a 1920s Craftsman home that had been remodeled many times over the years. Last of the old 70s paneling. The kind of area you just put off till later. Originally it was the covered porch outdoor kitchen which was later enclosed. In addition to making it more functional, we exposed some of the original exterior planking to add some historic charm and added trim that matched the rest of the home. We added a laundry cabinet and turned a messy back hall to the kitchen into a 7 foot pantry. We also added a home for shoes, hats and coats and changed an attached former utility room into an office with a wall of cabinets. The complaint about older homes is often no closets or storage, but that's no longer the case here.
