Landscaping/porch job we've been into the past couple weeks between the rains. Ripped out all the old stuff, reshaped the hill for proper drainage, added french drains, poured new pad, built awning, new retaining wall, new path, new planter beds, and a functional "dry" creek bed. Sowed fresh grass. Whew!
