Thank you to everyone who participated in our Park Tour & Yoga event at Southside Park on May 2nd. A big thanks to Missy Ruth for leading the park tour and Ramona Koehler-Leamy for leading the fun yoga session. Ramona generously donated her $100 fee for the yoga session to NorCal Resist. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we would like to give a shout out to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Sacramento.
