Had to take some time and step away to handle some personal matters (full time job, kids and the care of my mother). . Cali Irish Creations is ready to come out of hiatus. . I will be revamping the logo, the website and will be having new products coming. . . Good evening! As a business owner ( Cali Irish Creations ) it’s very important to respond to any and all emails, phone calls, text messages, IG messages, FB messages and any other message platform your business uses. . With the technology these days it’s very easy for a customer to see when you have read the message they sent to you. What’s very disheartening is when the interested customer never gets a response after knowing the owner read the message. . . That is very poor customer service on behalf of your business and a very good way to lose that sale. .
