Small leak = rotten subfloor, decayed waste pipe. They decided to do a complete bathroom remodel. (New plumbing throughout the bathroom, subfloor, tile, sink, vanity, shower, etc...) and ofcourse patch the hole in the ceiling downstairs 🙂
