Hey Folks! Long time no see! My little one is gonna be occupied for a few days, so I’m finally getting back around to working on posting the remainder of my inventory. First round is up! These are almost all of the manufactured knives I have left, and I’m letting them all go at a deep discount. Get a jump on having your kitchen knives sharpened and ready for the holidays. I always say half the people get their knives sharpened before Thanksgiving prep, and the other half realize they need to get them sharpened during Thanksgiving prep.

I’m super pleased to announce that I have added a second retail location, , for knife sharpening in Sacramento! At 3216 Riverside Blvd, on the border of the Land Park and Upper Land Park neighborhoods, Superette Market is a beautiful little specialty foods market, selling a wonderfully curated selection of gourmet snacks, meats, and cheeses, as well housewares and gifts. The owner Sophie and I decided to go live this week, kind of last minute, so this is a bit of a “soft launch”, but you’re welcome to bring your knives by anytime during their normal business hours. I will be picking up from Superette on Wednesdays, at the end of day, and will have your knives sharp and ready for pick up first thing Friday mornings.

Wow, so that first day of my “Manufactured Knives Sale” went well! Y’all definitely like a discount! Thanks so much for all who purchased! The response was a little unexpected so I’m moving a little slow on getting the orders all packed, (maybe I shouldn’t have timed this sale with my daughter’s birthday week!) but the plan is to hit them all tomorrow and ship out this weekend. Also got a ton of messages I haven’t gotten to yet, so I appreciate your patience there as well.
