As we step into the new year, we’re looking to color trends that feel memorable yet timeless—and this project captures that balance beautifully.

A warm bronze grounds the bar area, while a rich ochre hue in the office adds depth and character, preserving the home’s luxury while keeping both spaces chic and refined.

Deep espresso tones like the one in the bar, and vibrant earthy hues make a space feel warm, grounded, and timeless — which is why we’ll be leaning into these in the new year.

Designed for both luxury and lifestyle, the Mansion Apartments bring an inspiring vision to multifamily living. Led by designer .id, the project used local creative talent to curate finishes, furnishings, and art throughout the communal spaces. It’s the definition of elevated design, inside and out. 3 years later and we’re still in awe.

At Halcyon, .id partnered with the developer from the ground up. She came onboard early in the planning process to shape every detail of this new construction project including the offices, coworking spaces, lounges, flex dining, conference room, game space, outdoor areas, wine room, gym, and models—creating a lifestyle-driven community where residents feel like they’re living in a boutique hotel.
