I got this garden window from a salvage place for $50. It weighed about 300 lbs. and I had to install it on the tiny house alone. Where there's a will there's a way! (Also, the sheathing is that color because that's a liquid v***r barrier.)

For Valentines Day, this is a shout out to my dad, who started teaching me how to use a chainsaw and split firewood when I was 4. He was in the trades, and it was rare that we ever hired anyone fix something around the house. He's the one who got me started on the path that ended up becoming my life's work! I Love you Abbah!

Unfortunately, this was really expensive Italian tile. I was hired to tear it out because the install looked so bad. I'm glad they called me because whoever this contractor was put this shower tile directly on drywall (including tiling the back of the drywall in niche), didn't waterproof a thing, used grout in the corners, and taped the seams with foil HVAC tape! Can anyone say "mold!"

Termites are gnarly! (Creepy crawly warning!) This is the worst termite damage I have ever seen. I'm impressed that this corner of the house didn't fall down.

The homeowner waived the inspection. Don't do that!

This customer was told by other contractors that removing a wall meant that all of the tile would need to be removed and replaced. We called baloney! (And probably saved this person $40,000.)

Each tile needed to be "trimmed" to fit the space and make the grout lines line up.
