Cantina Pedregal is open!

We had the honor and the pleasure of working with this amazing restaurant team (Brad Cecchi and Clay Nutting of Canon, and Patricio Wise and Cinthia Martinez of Nixtaco) on the design and construction of this project. Cantina Pedregal exemplifies the flavors and cuisine of Northeastern Mexico in an elevated contemporary cantina setting.

In August 2023 we were brought on to the project which was in its early concept stage, and asked to create a design that would transform the existing not-so-cozy tenant space into an elevated cantina experience with nods to Monterrey Mexico. Within our scope was furniture design, interior finishes and fixtures and architectural building permit for the project. We worked closely with the team on design, navigated Folsom building department and Sac County Environmental Health Department, and met weekly during construction in order to help with detail decisions and bring the project to full fruition.

This space was touched by the hands of MANY talented people. We were thrilled to dedicate our hearts and minds to this amazing project over the last several months!!!

It’s framing Friday again! Flashback to our first artist studio project designed for - when this gem was first framed up it was striking! 😮Everything looks different on paper, and this voluminous workspace was truly amazing to see come to life. As we are wrapping up our second artists studio in River Park, it’s fun to look back on the fun framing memories. Nerd alert! 🤓 Have a weekend pals!
