Exterior and Interior Residential Painting
You will be representative of the owner and the company, not just a painter.
You are proficient in all aspects of painting various substrates, using various products and application techniques as well as basic drywall and texture repairs.
You already have a working knowledge of job site safety, how to handle ladders, airless spayers, hoppers, brush and roller, prep tools, power washers, etc.
You have your all your own hand tools and painter's whites, as well as reliable transportation (with a valid CA Drivers License).
You are in good physical condition for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, etc.
Working conditions will be interior and exterior.
You are expected to know how to run a job from start to finish
You are expected to have a professional appearance, demonstrate professional and courteous communication with customers, partners and co-workers.
You are self-reliant and ambitious and take ownership.
