Happy New Year from your Flip’ N Sister’s, Marva & Latoya!

This year taught us one thing for sure:
You can’t persevere without patience.

This industry wasn’t ready for Boss Babes stepping into a male dominated space, so Flip’ N Sister’s showed up anyway and MADE room for us. POINT… BLANK… PERIOD.

Passion will sometimes look like conflict when purpose is involved. But passion is not division when the vision is the same. Growth stretches you. Purpose challenges you. And when two “housewives” are aligned with the same end goal, the finish line is inevitable.

We stood ten toes down.
We stayed locked in.
We refused to be toyed with.
We kept the faith.
BUT GOD 🙌🏾

And through it all, one truth never changed:
We NEVER gave up on one another. 💕

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day Weekend 🌸 Have you ever stopped to think about how incredible you are as a mom?

Being a mother is one of the toughest yet most rewarding jobs out there. My partner and I both embraced our roles as stay at home moms before stepping into the world of entrepreneurship as BOSS moms. We want every mom out there to remember that while the journey may have its challenges, the joy of motherhood is unparalleled.

Remember, you were chosen and trusted by God to be the vessel for his little angels, and you are doing a FANTASTIC job! So, as we celebrate this special holiday, take a moment to appreciate all the hard work you put in every day. Unwind and celebrate your special holiday as you see fit.

Our happy dance after meeting with the electrical team at our investment property, where we were thrilled to see their impressive work in completely rewiring the entire home and installing a new circuit breaker box. Just a few final adjustments based on some last-minute ideas we shared, and we'll be ready to move on to the next phase.

Okay… It’s story time.

Chapter One: The Magical Sisterhood Chat.

Once upon a time in the vibrant city of Beverly Hills, two women named Marva and Latoya were brought together by a magical chat group named Sisterhood that was later renamed Ain’t No Hood Like Sisterhood. NaTasha, a former classmate from the Class of '89, added Marva to the sisterhood chat, while Jonelle soon after invited LaToya. Both Marva and LaToya were members of a larger Facebook group called Black Women Making Friends and were pulled from that huge group of over 100k women of color from all around the world to a more intimate sisterhood group in their area.

ANHLS meets up for brunch at least once a month. On 02.27.22, LaToya attended her first brunch and was formally introduced to the group. Aside from the usual hellos and nice-to-meet-yous, the two really didn’t exchange much dialogue, although they were seated across from one another. Little did they both know, this chat would essentially lead them on an extraordinary journey together…

Big updates are rolling in for the Flip’N Sisters Inglewood Property Project!

We’ve installed brand new windows that let in more natural light, completed the plumbing, and replaced every inch of framing wood in preparation for new flooring, doors, walls, ceilings, and a roof. And guess what? The new roof is currently being installed!

Our vision for this property is all coming together beautifully, and we couldn’t be more excited about the progress. Stay tuned for more updates. Flip’N Sisters is Flip’N this property from ℋℴ𝓊𝓈ℯ to ℋℴ𝓂ℯ!
