I don't do nails but I can French tip any room with a paint brush :). What do you think opposed to directly cutting into the ceiling?

Fresh coat of eggshell off white to hide the traffic marks and nicks . The duplex tenants were happy it was new when they woke up walking outside there apartments the next day. ;)
