We’re growing and looking to hire 1–2 solid guys to join the crew.

Construction experience is a plus, but not required. Painting experience would be valuable but also not required. I’m willing to train the right person. Work ethic matters more than anything.

I have 3 guys coming from Mexico on work visas arriving mid April. So I’m highly interested in hiring someone who is bilingual.

I’m looking for people who:
✅ Show up early and ready to work
✅ Take pride in clean, quality work
✅ Can handle longer days when needed
✅ Want to learn a trade and grow with the company, not just collect a paycheck

Pay ranges from $16–$30/hr depending on experience and ability.

Full-time work. 10 hour days with overtime most weeks. Opportunity to grow with us.

We are based in Saint Anthony. The majority of our work is in Teton Valley but we also travel to Montana and Wyoming. We stay overnight on projects a few times a year. All travel expenses, hotel/airbnb and food are covered by the company when we travel out of town.

This would be a great job for a single college student who is looking for a summer job. Tuition bonus is offered as well.

We’ve had a few people ask us if we can handle big projects… the answer is absolutely! This was a cabin we refinished over the summer located a couple hours north of Boise. The crew and I blasted, stained and chinked this entire cabin in 10 working days. Thats a pretty quick turn around for this scope of work! Our goal when dealing with large projects is to get in and get out as quickly as possible. A project of this scope puts you living in a construction zone if you’re the homeowner and not in a fun way. The fewer days we are invading your home the better. We do not want our clients to feel like the project is dragging on with little progress each day. We work long days and we work fast!

Media blast, stain and chink/caulk. This log home is from Yellowstone Log Homes. It was stacked a few years ago and wasn’t stained right away. The bare, unprotected logs had been taking on all the weather for the last few years. We removed all the damage from the weather by media blasting followed by a couple coats of Sashco Capture stain hazelnut color and a coat of Cascade semi gloss. Finally sealed everything up with Log Builder tan. This was the furthest we have traveled for a project to date, 7 hours from home. The clients allowed us to stay in the cabin while we were working there. Such a cool cabin in an amazing location!

HISTORICAL CABIN RESTORED!! Full exterior restoration we completed back in September 2024. This cabin is located on a wildlife refuge in Montana. It was built in the 1930’s by the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) during the Great Depression. The CCC was part of FDR’s New Deal and provided jobs to over 3 million young, unemployed men. We were honored to have been able to help preserve this piece of history for years to come.

Hey Everyone! I’m Evan Huntsman, and this is my small but growing family! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and my business, EH Log Home Solutions.

I have been in the log home industry since 2016. I started working on log homes in Wyoming and Idaho during my summer breaks while attending college. I loved working on so many amazing log structures in some of the most beautiful places on earth.

A few years after finishing college, I started EH Log Home Solutions. So far, we have had countless adventures and have been fortunate to have completed some amazing projects. We’re looking forward to many more years of serving log home owners in the area!

I have attended log home maintenance and restoration trainings in Denver Colorado hosted by Sashco, the manufacturer for our preferred log home staining and chinking products. We follow manufacturers recommendations for applying products to your home to make sure we deliver the best quality and longest lasting result possible.

Throwback to a 2023 project. This cool little cabin had an amazing view. Logs media blasted, deck sanded and everything stained afterwards. These south facing walls were in really rough condition.

Photo dump of some projects from 2025! We did some memorable ones no doubt! Traveled all over Idaho, Montana and Wyoming! Chinking, staining, painting, blasting and fixing rotten logs. It was a busy year but a good year! Thank you to all of our amazing clients. We appreciate you! We’re looking forward to another great year in 2026. We have lots of great projects already on the schedule. We will try to do better at posting and keeping you all updated on what we’re doing!

One of the biggest transformations of the summer! This is a cedar log home that we blasted and stained back in July. The end result was extremely satisfying! Logs were stained with Capture stain from in the Dark Walnut color. T&G soffit was stained in the Red Cedar color. Finished off with cascade clear coat matte. I love how the dark logs make the red really pop! We can’t take all the credit for this home’s amazing transformation though, the homeowner put a lot of sweat equity into this one replacing all the doors, windows and decks himself. We love bringing a home like this back to life!

Something about our company that many people might not know is that we also do a dang good job at interior painting! We do a handful of interior painting jobs a year along with our log projects. Here are a few pics of a home we painted earlier this year.

Now is the time to make improvements to the interior of your log home! If you have a lot of dust inside your log home and feel like just can’t keep up with the cleaning, properly sealing the interior of your home with staining and chinking can make a huge difference! Not to mention how great your home will look!
