The past few weeks have looked a little different around here 🤍

I’ve been quiet, and it’s because this pregnancy has needed more of me than I expected. Slower days. More rest. More listening to my body. Lots of unexpected scans and appointments, but still just as sweet. 🌺

This weekend my sweet friends and family showered our baby girl with so much love, and I’m still soaking it in. It was so beautiful, and full of gratitude. My amazing hubby took the lead on planning, prepping, and crafting, and helped guide this day to be incredible. Daddy Sells Seashells is quite the artist, too. 🩷🥹

Motherhood is such a sacred season — both in life and in business. Sometimes that means creating nonstop… and sometimes that means stepping back so I can be present where I’m most needed — with my babies. We’re so thrilled for our little one’s arrival coming very soon.

Took a little time away from content creation over here!

We’re officially in the third trimester and getting so close to meeting our sweet little girl! What a season this has been. 🙌🏼

As we’ve entered the new year with resolutions and big plans, there’s a sentiment that’s been on my heart lately:

“Your money, your singleness, marriage, talent, your time: They were loaned to you to show the world that Christ is Divine” (Lecrae)

This is what I’m carrying into 2026 with my family, business, and every area of my life. 🩷🙌🏼

2025, you stretched me in the best ways.
This year I celebrated one year of Mommy Sells Seashells back in April, and I still can’t believe how much has happened since taking that leap.

I launched my own website, took on more custom commissions than I ever imagined, and sent 300+ Christmas ornaments out into the world—each one made by hand and filled with so much gratitude.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, summer gave me a gift too: time in the water. A few sweet chances to surf again between babies, reminding me how much joy the ocean still holds for me 🌊

And now, I’m ending the year 25 weeks pregnant, still creating, still dreaming, with commissions in the works and a little girl growing right alongside this business 🐚🤍

This year wasn’t easy, but it was meaningful. It reminded me that slow, intentional work matters. That community matters. That God is faithful in every season — and, man, could I shout that from the rooftops about this year specifically!

Thank you to every customer, every message, every share, every order—this business exists because of you. Here’s to what’s ahead — 2026 🤍

This custom commission was finished a few weeks ago and gifted on Christmas morning 🤍

There’s something really special about creating pieces that are meant to be kept, loved, and passed down.

Now that the holidays are behind us, I can finally start sharing the commissions that filled my hands (and heart) this season. Each one was made with so much care — and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted me with such meaningful gifts.

This Christmas, we are rejoicing as a family as we remember the reason for the season!

Jesus came in humility — fully God, fully man — to dwell among us and bring salvation to the world. Praise God! Every good gift, every opportunity, and every provision comes from Him.

We are deeply grateful for this community and for the ways God has sustained our family and this small business throughout the year.

So grateful 🥹✨
Baby girl looked perfect at our appointment this week (such a blessing!), but I’ve been put back on partial bed rest thanks to some challenges with my placenta. Not the shop update I had hoped to be posting, and definitely not what I pictured for the holiday season… but God is still good in every bit of it.

Since I had to step back from my December markets with this restriction, I moved more of my inventory online and over to where you can shop right now! 👀🐚 …and WOW. Y’all showed up. These shipping boxes headed out today are because of YOU. I’m seriously blown away! I’m still taking on a handful of holiday commissions, and I’m SO grateful for those of you already on my list. ✨🥹

We don’t know what the rest of this pregnancy will hold, but we trust the One who does. 🩷 Thank you for supporting my small business in a season where I physically can’t do as much. It means more than you know!
