Quick Stair Rail upgrade. Removed the existing posts and added new box newels. (Painting not done at time of photos) Kept the existing rails but added Ash Grey balusters for a more modern look.

Laundry room upgrade!! Out with the old dated look and in with the new modern more user friendly look. Removed the existing ceiling “pillow” light and added some nice LED recessed lighting, old tile floor…Gone!! New tile installed!! Rebuilt the existing sink base and added a farm sink and new faucet and a quartz top across the new appliances. Removed the existing closet and custom build a new bench seat with cabinet storage. New cabinet doors on the existing wall cabinets and a fresh coat of new paint on walls, ceiling and cabinets

Lake House 1st floor renovation, before, during and after. New LVP heated floors, rebuilt the old pine beams on the ceilings with new Knotty Alder Beams, Custom fabricated a new Knotty Alder stair rail with LED lighting to illuminate stair case. Limewashed the brick fireplace, Custom fabricated the new window casing with a back-band using Knotty Alder. And!!…A new kitchen with beautiful Quartz tops, a custom fabricated Hood and new appliances.

Another Stair update, removed the traditional rails and treads. Client wanted to upgrade to a modern contemporary look, so, we choose new White Oak treads, Solid White Oak Newels and Rails and we did a Horizontal Stainless Steel balusters.
