Quick paint job. Darker to lighter in the hallways. Went to an enamel satin finish for durability and cleanability. Kid's hallways can get grimy!

Quick bathroom job. Pulled the white flooring and went from gray walls to white/ light blue. The old flooring was water damaged and moldy, but now this room is mold free!

Before and after- frame finishing, trim work, and a barn door. That barn door is slick! It's super smooth gliding!
