🌳 We're Hiring – Lift Operator 🌳

Topher's Trees is looking to add a skilled and motivated Lift Operator to our growing team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable operating aerial lifts in a fast-paced tree care environment.

Responsibilities:
✅ Safely operate aerial lifts during tree removal and pruning operations
✅ Perform tree pruning and removals from the lift
✅ Assist with rigging operations and job site safety
✅ Communicate effectively with ground crew members
✅ Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
✅ Help maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For:
• Experience operating aerial lifts preferred
• Chainsaw experience required
• Strong understanding of job site safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)
• Tree care experience strongly preferred

Topher's Trees is looking to add a reliable, hardworking Ground Crew Member to our team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants to learn the tree care industry.

Responsibilities:
✅ Dragging brush and feeding the chipper
✅ Assisting climbers and equipment operators
✅ Operating chainsaws and other equipment (experience preferred but not required)
✅ Job site setup and cleanup
✅ Helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For: • Reliable and punctual • Positive attitude • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Valid driver's license preferred • Tree care, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

This investment is all about serving our customers better. The L28 will help us move material more efficiently, reduce the impact on lawns, improve job site safety, and increase productivity on everything from tree removals to pruning and landscape projects.

This Ash Tree Was Splitting Apart... Until We Stepped In 🌳⚙️

Instead of removing the tree, we installed a professional cabling and bracing system to help stabilize the split and reduce the risk of failure. Sometimes the best tree work isn't removal—it's giving a valuable tree a second chance.
