Rescue Painting and Pressure Washing is seeking qualified experienced subcontracted painters to paint and pressure wash for residential/commercial properties in the Central, FL surrounding areas.

Job Duties:
• Professional exterior cleaning services for commercial or residential homeowners.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Pressure Washing
• Experience with airless sprayer, pressure washer, rolling and brushing.
• Make onsite preparations such as moving all items to the center of the room and covering with sheeting, covering floors with drop cloths for interior jobs or pressure washing for exterior jobs
• Must prepares surfaces for painting such as, repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces for interior jobs or removing loose paint, scuff sanding areas, and caulking gaps to prevent water invasions for exterior jobs
• Paints surfaces by first priming repaired areas and then applying premium quality paint to finish
• Cleans up daily during and after the job is complete, which includes moving all items back to its locations and sweeping/vacuuming floors and carpets for interior jobs, removing paint chips or other debris for exterior jobs, and removing all job materials
• Ensures work to meet the customers’ expectations
• Works in a timely professional manner displaying self-supervision and the ability to complete projects on time
• Attention to detail is a must when working at homeowners properties
• Maintains clean and safe work environment with following all safety policies and procedure requirements
• Displays positive relationships with the customers and other subcontractors and demonstrates a positive image
• Performs other duties as assigned as needed
• Collaborates with other subcontracted painters on larger jobs and MUST be a team player
Key Qualifications:
• Experience with airless sprayer, pressure washer, rolling and brushing
• Must be legal to work in the United States (taxpayer identification number or social security number)
• 1-2 years of professional painting experience preferred
• General Liability Insurance Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organized and self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of the job: standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, climbing and working at heights greater than 24 feet, etc..
