👷♂️ JHS Handyman Update
Hey everyone,
I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a couple of days — I’ve been deep in the backend coding an app to help streamline our administrative work. Time got away from me!
Quick team update:
We’re currently running with one full-time technician and he’s handling the workflow smoothly. I’ve always said we’re not overwhelmed, and I truly meant it. The volume that two techs were managing is still very manageable with one. If business picks up significantly, I’ll happily bring on another great technician.
On a personal note, I’ll be stepping back from the field soon to focus on some family health matters. You may not see me on jobs for a little while, but I’m still fully reachable and overseeing operations. My technician will continue serving you in the field — the work doesn’t stop.
Great news on the business side:
Our property management partnerships are booming! They’ve kept us steady and busy. Today I’m meeting with another property manager to estimate repairs on her personal home — she’s already added us to her preferred vendor list.
Our residential clients continue to grow as well. We’re getting consistent calls from new customers who found us through our stellar reviews. Thank you! Please keep those reviews coming — they mean everything to us.
