Our team, including myself, Tammy, Jerry Sapp, and Nancy Haslett, has successfully completed a bathroom renovation project, utilizing materials provided by the homeowner. The project involved incorporating 1990s wood items, vanity, mirror, and lighting fixtures, while preserving the historic arch above the former tub location. We installed a new Wet Wall shower and retained the existing window with a new vinyl window, both sold and installed by us. The renovation was completed with a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, and subflooring repairs, along with new plumbing and electrical work provided by local contractors. Tammy and Nancy worked closely with the client to design the project, utilizing her stored materials. 'Before' pictures will be posted soon on our page, Renovating Spaces Kitchen & Bath Showroom. We have successfully finalized another project that included hail damage siding repair and installation of new shutters just north of Brownstown. The garage and home were completed.
