I discovered this beauty tucked away in a corner in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom. The purple and green variegated leaves caught my eye. All leaves, no blooms of colorful flowers. I finally found one and just planted this full sun loving plant in the ground about two weeks ago. I can grow palms, so I was worried I was bringing this beauty home to die. Not this plant, look at the flowers on this. It is called the Canna “Cleopatra” some say they named it that because of the plants “split personalities”, because of the leaf colors and flower colors. They can come up yellow, purple, red, speckled yellow, speckled red with yellow, you get the idea. We will be growing more of these and will have them for sale at Premier Growers in the next couple of months. Stay tuned. In the meantime if you are looking to update your garden the time is now to get those palms and plants in the ground so they can be established when rainy season comes. Give us a call, text, email.

This is so amazing💚Thank you for voting Premier Growers, Inc “the best plant nursery on Pine Island for 2024”. Two years ago, Hurricane Ian left our nursery in shambles. Two years later, to receive this honor is amazing. After Ian, we weren’t sure what to do (let alone where to start) to keep our nursery afloat. Hard work, taking it one day at a time, our passion and knowledge we both have for palm trees, and getting to share that knowledge with our customers, we wanted to be able to keep growing and still do that. Currently we have over 500 different species of palm trees and other exotic plants from all over the world. If you want something different and unique come see us.
